Blogger is an advanced blogging forum to make personal blogs for free with so much features so a user does not need to go for domain and hosting service to build a page called blog.This site is susposed to provide the essential information and method in urdu for creating well formed and professional page.In earlier class we discussed the tools and options which we can use to write our first post publishing new post and today we are going to explains the image and video options in post tools so if we are needed to add picture or animated video in our new post we can use these button to upload multimedia.
Need of Image and Video in Blog Post
While writing new post we always try to create useful and attractive content which attracts users and make them stay for long time but if you want to be a professional blogger then you must keep in mind that only text covering the space of three or five hundred word's space is not much talented so you have to add relevant images and videos regarding to post niche which can make page more beautiful.
Insert Image in Post
A blogger should be aware to image uploading option in post editor section but if you are new to blogger then go to blogger dashboard (now you are known to dashboard) and then click on new post title which has orange colored button so now you can see a post editor box as the page loads.Here you can see a tiny image thumbnail icon close to link option.
- Click on the image button to start images uploading.
Here we will have six uploading options and can be used easily.
Upload :- This option is placed on main screen of image option so if you want to insert a picture from your computer then simply click on the browse button and go to image location.After locating the image double click on it so the image can be uploaded to your post.
From This Blog :- If you uploaded a picture in past then you can reuse that picture again in newest post just click on this button and you will have all uploaded images on screen just double click on the desired image and the image will be embedded to new post.
From Picasa Web Album :- All the shared and uploaded pics save into picasa web album and you can view all pics by logging into picasa account through the blog email and password.Clicking on this button shows you all pictures shared by your all blogs.Just click on the desired pic and it will be uploaded to newly created post.
From your Phone :-
Do you want to make a new image through your mobile camera? just click this option you will be directed to your phone's camera just capture an image and share it but for this option your mobile must be connected to PC through phone cable and your phone should have camera installed.
From URL :- Mostly blogger use this option for uploading media and it is easy too. You don't have to upload a picture from your computer or mobile camera just google your picture ( if it exists) and get the image URL and paste into url box so the image will be uploaded to your blog too but deleting from main site/location your blog image will be deleted too.
I hope you have understood the functions of inserting image and these were easy too now we have video option for adding videos into new post.
In video button we would have some similar options what we have in image option.
Upload :- This button works like the upload button of insert image function but you may drag video for uploading so you don't need to browse or choose a video to upload.
From YouTube :- You can insert youtube videos in your new blog post just click on this button and search the keyword related to video so you will see several related videos just click on a video and select it for the insertion.
My YouTube Videos :- If you are using youtube with blogger's email account and uploaded some videos to your youtube channel so click on this button to bring your uploaded videos in front of you and double click on the post related video and share it on your post.
From your Phone and From your webcam :- These options works same like image' options works so i just ignored it to explain here.
